The Lady Bay Resort, is located amongst the picturesque ocean bays in the sea-side city of Warrnambool. The resort offers guests a range of spacious accommodation options. The 65 fully self contained apartments are available in one
two and three bedroom capacities. The apartments consist of a fully self-contained kitchen equipped with the necessary utensils, separate lounge area with a flat screen TV and DVD and a balcony or courtyard for the ground level apartments. The apartments are ideally located just minutes away from the three main beaches of Warrnambool, the Southern Ocean, Lake Pertobe adventure playground, Middle Island and the promenade. The Lady Bay Resort offers guests a range of amenities that cater for the various needs of the current client base, including a seasonal heated pool, an Endota Day Spa, conferencing and event facilities and an on-site restaurant with a relaxed lounge area.
Apartment styles:
The standard apartments: are available in one, two or three bedroom capacities, all with full kitchen facilities, dining, lounge, bathroom and laundry facilities. The one bedroom standard apartments are equipped with a queen size bed and most with sofa beds. The two bedroom standard apartments are split across two levels. Level one houses the full kitchen, dining and lounge with a balcony facing Pertobe Rd, laundry and toilet. Level two houses the two bedrooms, the main bedroom has a queen sized bed, the second bedroom contains two single beds. The three bedroom apartments are split across three levels. The first two levels have the same layout as the two bedroom apartments. The third level houses a „loft style‟ bedroom with a second bathroom and lounge room equipped with a TV and couch.
Spa and sea view apartments: are also available in one, two and three bedroom capacities and are designed with the same layout as the standard apartments, although the bathrooms are fitted with a spa bath and the balconies offer guests views of the ocean and the Merri River.
One bedroom hotel style studio rooms: include a king size bed that can be split into two singles, a mini bar fridge, toaster and tea and coffee making facilities plus separate bathroom with shower. The hotel style studio room have a desk with chair and all rooms offer views of either the Merri River and its surrounds or the Southern Ocean.
Luxury spa apartments: are available in one, two or three bedroom capacities, all with fully equipped kitchens including stainless steel appliances. The apartments are also fitted with laundry facilities, an open plan living and dining area, spacious bathroom with corner spa bath plus balconies from both the bedroom and lounge area. The three bedroom apartments house a second bathroom and larger balcony. The apartments on the third and fourth floor in particular allow for incredibly picturesque views of the surrounding ocean, the Bay of Islands and Merri River.
Lady Bay Restaurant:
Breakfast -7:30am to 11am Monday through Friday, 8:00am to11am Saturday & Sunday. Lunch -12noon to 2pm seven days a week. Dinner - 6pm to 8:30pm (flexible) Monday though Saturday. The restaurant also encompasses a contemporary lounge area, the perfect place for guests to unwind and enjoy a glass of wine from the extensive wine menu or indulge in cake and coffee whilst being immersed in the beautiful scenery and relaxed atmosphere.
